What it needed to do
The mark had to feel academic and rooted in engineering, while clearly being about artificial intelligence. It also had to carry a lot: the full name of the school, the institute, and a Sanskrit motto.
How it comes together
A gear as the frame
The outer ring is a gear, a nod to engineering, with the school’s name set around it so the logo reads as a classic institutional seal.
AI at the centre
An “AI” monogram sits in the middle, surrounded by five icons for areas of the school’s work, including vision, speech and robotics.
A motto on a ribbon
The ribbon carries the motto “कृत्रिमबुद्ध्या उत्कर्षः” in Devanagari, connecting the modern subject to the institute’s Indian roots.
The logo uses a single deep blue throughout, so it prints cleanly, works in one colour and stays recognisable on letterheads, certificates and slides.
